A little art, a little music and a whole lot of fun!

Thank you so much for considering Kidz Art Scene for your celebration! Here is some information to help you reserve a party date for your little artist.

 

Day and Time Availability

Our studio is available for children’s parties on Saturday’s and Sunday’s during the day, when we do not have a public painting class scheduled.  If you would like to arrange for a children’s party on a different day please let us know and we will do all we can to accommodate your party.

We allocate two (2) hours for children’s parties. The host and guest of honor may arrive 30 minutes early for the party to get settled and decorate, if desired.

Age Minimums and Maximums

Our children’s parties are designed to be enjoyed by guests ages 7 and up.

Fees and Services – Canvas Painting Parties

  • Our parties include all of the art supplies needed to create a painting chosen from our art library and a class led by an art instructor.   Each painter will be able to take home their very own creation!
  • Our party fee is $350.00 for up to 11 guests, including the guest of honor.  Additional guests are $20.00 each with a maximum of 20 guests. For parties with over 11 guests a $50 artist assistant fee will be added.
  • If you are interested in having your child create an original painting, we would be happy to create a custom painting (for an additional fee) with at least three (3) week’s notice.
  • Make the party extra-special by adding on a tea party from our partners at Culteavo Tea Shop (located in the same building). Your little artist will be transformed into royalty when they head to  Culteavo for a delightful tea party consisting of tea and scones with butter and jelly. Tea party lasts approximately 45 minutes and is $10.00 plus $1.50 gratuity per person.

Fees and Services – Rock Painting Party

  • Our parties include all of the art supplies needed to a create painted rock garden.  A teaching artist will conduct the party to help the children make their garden unique.  Each painter will be able to take home their very own creation!Cactus Rock Garden
  • Our party fee is $350.00 for up to 11 guests, including the guest of honor.  Additional guests are $20.00 each with a maximum of 20 guests. For parties with over 11 guests a $50 artist assistant fee will be added.

 

 What To Bring

Please plan to bring a cake or cupcakes, if desired, along with candles, napkins, plates and utensils. You can bring in outside food such as pizza for the party guests, if desired.

 

 Kidz Art Scene Reservation Process

Step One

  • Check our art library to select the painting to be used for the party. If you are interested in having your child create an original painting, we would be happy to create a custom painting (for an additional fee) with at least three (3) week’s notice.
  • Complete the contact form with the requested information. We will review the information and pencil you in for the date and time requested. If for any reason, the date and time requested is not available, we will contact you right away to see if we can arrange an alternate date/time.

Step Two

We will contact you to discuss the details of the party reservation. Once the party details are discussed, we will provide you with a copy of our party contract and ask that you review, sign and return the contact along with a $150 deposit to secure your party date.
